Pandering to Proclivities

This started out as a subtle horror picture I was doing for a friend but I lost my way a little.  It is supposed to be that the female on the left is luring the one on the right into the hansom for the creepy character coming up the stairs (look at his face and coat).

I it a little steam punky and I thought I would post it in case anyone was interested.
